💬 Please Note: A fully refundable R700.00 breakage deposit will be added to all accommodation options. This deposit will be processed and refunded within 7 days after your departure, provided the unit is left in a neat and undamaged condition.

🔔 Important Capacity Note: Linen, towels, and cutlery are strictly provided only for the maximum number of guests advertised per unit. If an additional visitor plans to stay overnight, an extra charge will apply and the office must be informed beforehand.

⚠️ Stay Duration Requirements:

  • Single-night bookings are strictly applicable during mid-week periods only.

  • A minimum stay of two (2) nights or more is required for weekend bookings (Friday to Sunday), public holiday weekends, and peak vacation seasons.


  • 💳 BOOKING CONFIRMATION AGREEMENT

    By submitting this inquiry, I acknowledge that my reservation is not finalized until confirmed by management and a deposit is received.

Jakkelsroep Accommodation Policies

  • 50% Deposit is required to secure a reservation.

  • No refunds on deposits made for bookings during school holidays

  • No refunds on cancellation of bookings less than 2 weeks prior to the arrival date.

  • The balance is due in full prior to arrival as we have no credit card facilities.

  • No cheques will be accepted

  • Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

  • No smoking in the units
